NON-PROFIT: Winner, Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County, is a faith-based, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to eliminating sub-standard housing. Since its inception, Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County has built more than 200 homes, providing housing for more than 850 individuals. However, its focus goes beyond just building houses…it is building communities that stress the well-being and future of the families who live in Habitat homes.
