Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County

Completed Projects

Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County has had a rich history of home building. We started in 1989 and, to date, we have build over 160 homes which house over 600 individuals.

Most of the houses are in neighborhoods which were designed and entirely built by us. Some of the homes are infill to existing neighborhoods meaning that the Habitat homes are in addition to non-Habitat homes and part of an entire neighborhood. A few additional homes, when we were first starting out, weren’t near other Habitat homes at all.

We have built single family homes as well as duplexes and homes with and without garages. Some of the homes have been in Tomball while others have Houston addresses. All the homes are in Northwest Harris County and all are build with the focus of simple, decent, affordable housing for families in need.

We have built or added to a total of 5 neighborhoods since our beginning and below are the details and timeline of each of those projects.
