Once a quarter Northwest Harris County holds a Volunteer Orientation workshop where we invite anyone who is a potential volunteer to come and hear about the various opportunities available and to sign-up if you see something of interest. Each session last about one hour with time to ask questions and meet current volunteers.
All Orientations are held at the Affiliate office which is located in the back of our resale shop, the ReStore, located at 13572 State Highway 249. There is no obligation to become involved, but we are confident you will leave with a better understanding of who we are. It is not necessary to attend one of these meetings to volunteer with Habitat.
